Mine is xxx@yyy.me.uk where yyy.me.uk is my domain. Where yyy is not actually yyy. I suspect this is not recognised as a valid email address.
What's worse is their dumb 'AI' powered alleged contact form to let them know. I gave up on it after a few minutes.
