It looks like the Lancet is moving away from scientific rigour and in consequence the truth. They have done a risk assessment and decided the damage to their reputation by ignoring you is not sufficient to justify a meaningful response.
It makes you wonder about everything else they publish. If I were a doctor I would start looking sideways at everything this bunch put out.

Initially they lied and said it prevented infection.Since they have never developed a vaccine that stop the transmission of a respiratory disease and never will that lie fell apart quickly.Then they switched it and said it lowered the side effects of the virus itself..compared to the side effects of the vax..(which was another lie) especially for that age cohort..

In the past we could have reasonable trust in published medical research but now an in-depth knowledge and understanding of statistics, data manipulation and data modelling, the complex funding of medical research and the inter relationship of various national and global organisations is required.
As children we were taught not to take sweeties from strangers for fear of their hidden ulterior motives and as adults we need to be equally aware of the hidden and ulterior motives of apparently authoritative advice from professional strangers.
