By Fall of 2021 Yale University required all students to be fully vaccinated against COVID prior to arrival. Alone, this represents a clear violation of the right to bodily integrity found in the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which guarantees residents the right : "... to be secure in their persons..."and in multiple international agreements to which the U.S. is a signatory. Students right to privacy which, obviously, extends to medical history was also violated when Yale demanded proof of vaccination for entry. By REQUIRING vaccination Yale was committing extortion through "victim compliance" where the victim consents or complies with a demand ONLY because of the fear (of non- entry to campus) instilled by the perpetrator (Yale). This is also "official extortion" aka "color of official right" where an office unlawfully demands something of value ( compromising bodily integrity) The feeling of violation must have been staggering. Further, also in 2021, Yale implemented an anonymous online reporting system that allowed students to report peers for violating COVID protocols. An institution of higher learning asking students to bust their friends???!!! Yale was offering a two tier system for physical entry to campus based on medical status. This is also both immoral and unethical. All of this, while Yale was fully aware that the age range in attendance were more likely to be struck by lightning than be stricken severely by COV2 infection. Better not be caught out in a thunderstorm or you may be expelled or arrested :):):)
